If you’re struggling for food during the COVID pandemic, help is on the way.

The US Department of Agriculture just greenlighted the Missouri’s “disaster food package” distribution plans.

Now through May 7th, residents can get a food package at mobile or drive-by locations at more than 200 distribution spots statewide.

Each package contains vegetables, fruits, pasta, rice, proteins and dairy products.

Some locations will be distributing cold and frozen items as well.
