A Lake Ozark man is in the Camden County Jail after a reported domestic assault on Horseshoe Bend. According to a probable cause statement filed in the courthouse, 24-year-old Jonathan Wayne Tindall had been arguing with his girlfriend throughout the day, at times, getting physical. At one point, Tindall allegedly pushed a handgun to the girlfriend’s chest threatening to shoot her and then turn the gun on himself. Upon arrival, a Camden County deputy stopped Tindall who was getting out of a car in the driveway and had a loaded 40-caliber magazine in his pocket…the magazine matching a handgun on the front passenger seat. During the preliminary investigation, Tindall admitted to being in the dispute with his girlfriend but denied pointing a gun at her. His bond was set at $30,000 cash only.
