Domestic Violence Investigation Ends With Stoutland Man Arrested

A Stoutland man is being held without bond after being arrested on a domestic violence charge in Camden County.

Captain Chris Twitchel says the investigation began when the incident, allegedly, happened back in December.

Working with the assistance of the department’s domestic violence investigator, deputies responded in early March to take the report which, eventually, led to the suspect, identified as 57-year-old Kenneth Lawrence, being taken into custody on April 30^th.

While bond on the domestic assault charge was set at $100-thousand, Lawrence had also been wanted on a no-bond probation or parole wanted. He remains in the custody of the Camden County Jail.
