DOR Rushing To Improve Drivers License & Registration Times

More people in the Lake Area are trying to register their cars online or in the mail, and the Missouri Department of Revenue is trying to keep up.

He says the department’s also making it easier for people to renew the auto registration by phone.

Zellers also says Commercial Driver’s License holders can renew their licenses by mail in some cases.

Previous extensions for driver’s licenses and instructional permits have created an influx of people heading into license offices around the state.
