A dump truck in the area is being blamed for pulling down internet and cable-TV wires creating a major traffic headache for some motorists on Highway-54 in Miller County. The incident happened around V-Road in the Meads Flats area shortly before 2:25 on Thursday afternoon initially stopping traffic in both directions. Three cable-TV bucket truck were on the scene to hold up the wires allowing one lane of traffic in each direction to resume until the scene could be cleared and all lanes re-opened to traffic.
