The Missouri Highway Patrol says a driver who asleep at the wheel and drove off the road on state road 87 in Miller County this morning was taken taken by E-M-S to Capital Region Medical Center. 68-year-old Arthur Hale of Henley, Missouri totaled his car when it struck a culvert north of business route 54.
