Driver’s License testing is resuming across the Lake area.
The Highway Patrol says all 16-year-olds looking to get their license can participate, but you’ll have to wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines.
The mask will only be removed for the picture part.
Tests can be taken at one of three facilities in the Lake area in Eldon, Versailles and Camdenton.
Beginning Monday, MSHP Troop A will be resuming road testing for all licenses and MSHP Troop F will be resuming road testing for operator’s licenses.

The Patrol is asking applicants to wear face coverings while in driver examination facilities and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
Face coverings will be removed briefly when the applicant’s photo is taken during the licensing process and the Patrol asks applicants who come in for skills testing to arrive with a sanitized vehicle as well as a face covering to wear during testing.
