A St. Elizabeth man is facing six charges, including DWI and possession of marijuana, after being pulled over by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. On Sunday night, a trooper stopped 45-year old Charles Duffel in Miller County. He was charged with DWI-aggravated offender, possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, operating without a license, no insurance and failing to register a motor vehicle. Duffel was taken to the Miller County Jail.
