Two people are in custody after a traffic stop by the Missouri Highway Patrol. On Wednesday afternoon, 25-year old Joshua Mazelin of Lebanon was pulled over in Miller County. He was arrested for driving while intoxicated – drugs, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, assault, endangering the welfare of a child and property damage. Mazelin was taken to Mid-Missouri Health where he is being held without bond. A passenger, 22-year old Eric Lonczkowski of Lebanon was arrested for possession of a synthetic cannabinoid. He was taken to the Miller County Jail on a 24 hour hold.
