Three people are in custody in Morgan County after deputies responded to a call for shots fired. The incident occurred on Friday, the 30th, on Red Hollow Road in Gravois Mills. When deputies arrived on scene, they found three unsupervised children in a vehicle. Also in the vehicle, they found what is believed to be marijuana. Upon further investigation, a man was found outside the home and denied hearing shots being fired. While getting the children out of the vehicle, it was discovered that one of them, who is nine years old, was visibly intoxicated. The deputies then obtained a search warrant, discovering methamphetamine, marijuana, prescription drugs, and multiple firearms. 26 year old Brian Plemmons of Versailles, 24 year old Allison Williams of Gravois Mills, and 30 year old Robert Yount of Gravois Mills were all three arrested and charged with multiple drug and firearm related felonies, as well as numerous counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
