An Edwards, Missouri man who allegedly had three starving wolf hybrids is facing multiple charges in Camden County. Robert Turner has three cases currently pending. In the first, filed September 27th, he’s charged with two counts of animal neglect or abandonment. The other two cases were filed October 1st. In one, Turner is charged under the Department of Conservation guidelines with possessing wildlife in captivity without a permit, failing to keep wildlife confined, and failure to provide confined wildlife with adequate food, water, and shelter. He’s also charged with driving without a license, possession of marijuana, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
