A suspect accused of robbing Citizens Bank, in Eldon, back in July is now behind bars in the State of Alabama. The Miller County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office says that Russell Cooper is charged with one Class-B felony count of Second-Degree Robbery punishable by up to five-to-fifteen years. Cooper was taken into custody by federal law enforcement and, reportedly, also has pending charges in Alabama unrelated to the Miller County case. Cooper also had two other outstanding warrants in Miller County for felony drug possession. Bond on the robbery charge is set at $75-thousand while bond on the two drug charges are set at $25-thousand each.
