An Eldon man is facing charges after allegedly stealing a vehicle from his grandfather. Daniel Waller was arrested by Osage Beach Police for an incident that took place September 28, 2015. Waller allegedly assaulted his grandfather at the Landmark Center on Osage Beach Parkway before stealing his Ford Explorer. He’s been charged with second-degree robbery and third-degree domestic assault.
