An Eldon man is facing his third criminal case of the year following an arrest by the Miller County Sheriff’s office. All three cases have involved robbing or stealing. In the most recent one, Dominick Vernon was charged with second-degree robbery and stealing after allegedly punching a man, pulling him out of his truck, and stealing the truck and speakers inside. Vernon was also charged with stealing by the Eldon Police after an incident in January. In February he was accused of stealing and in March was given supervised probation and a suspended imposition of sentence for stealing. He was released on a bond in May and was awaiting trial in September.
