An Eldon man is scheduled to be arraigned in Miller County court today after being arrested for firing a gun at a mobile home on Midway Road last Thursday. The Miller County Sheriff’s Office says 27-year-old Daniel Witt has been charged with eight counts of discharging a firearm rom a motor vehicle. He was arrested walking along a gravel road near his home onm Hilltop Road.
