A 38-year-old from the Eldon area, brought up early this month on felony charges of possessing an illegal weapon and possession of a controlled substance, is scheduled to appear on Friday in a Miller County courtroom.

Since the new charges were filed on April 8th, four no-bond warrants have been filed alleging that Kaleb Henson violated probation.

At the time of his arrest on the new charges, Henson had been on probation in separate cases for receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and burglary.

He’s being held without bond.

Case review hearings are set for Friday on all five of the cases with probation violation hearings set for mid-May.
