An Eldon man accused of sex-related offenses with two female juveniles avoids a jury trial by entering an open guilty plea to one class-B felony count of first-degree child molestation and one class-A misdemeanor count of second-degree child molestation. The Miller County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office says that Dillon Robertson entered the pleas, Monday, admitting to having sexual contact with the two girls back in 2015. After entering the guilty pleas, Robertson was sentenced to the maximum one year in the county jail on the misdemeanor charge and is set to be sentenced on the felony charge in November…he faces the possibility of 5-15 years in prison on that count.
