Electronic Notary Services Now At The Lake

In addition to notary services on paper, notary modernization now allows in-person electronic notary and remote electronic notary services.

These are the first changes to Missouri notary law since the 1970s.

The new update is designed to protect the notary and signor by requiring all notarizations to be logged in the Notary Journal.
