62-year-old Carol Elwyn, the alleged drunk and wrong-way driver on Highway-54 killing two people and injuring another in June, has been bound over for further proceedings in Miller County. Elwyn appeared with her attorney on Wednesday before Associate Judge Jon Kaltenbronn who ruled that there is enough evidence to send the case to the Circuit Court. Elwyn is charged with two felony Involuntary Manslaughter charges and a felony Assault charge in connection to the accident on June 3rd that killed 38-year-old Travis Davolt and 12-year-old Dominic Delong, both of Eldon, and seriously injured 17-year- old Dalton Delong, also from Eldon. Elwyn, who remains free on a $75-thousand bond, next appears for arraignment in circuit court on October 5th.
