A 62-year-old Lake Ozark woman accused of killing two people and injuring another in a drunken driving accident waives her arraignment in a Miller County Circuit Courtroom. Carol Elwyn appeared with her attorney, John Curran, earlier this week to file the waiver meaning the case is to be set for Pre-Trial and a Jury Trial. Court documents allege Elwyn had been driving the wrong way on Highway-54 at Walnut Grove Road when the wreck happened. 38-year-old Travis Davolt and 12-year-old Dominic Delong, both from Eldon, were killed while 17-year-old Dalton Delong, also from Eldon, was seriously hurt. Elwyn, remains free on a $75-thousand bond. She is charged with two Felony counts of Involuntary Manslaughter and one Felony count of Vehicular Assault. A date for Elwyn’s next appearance in court has not been announced.
