The double murder trial of a Camdenton man accused of killing a mother and daughter in an, apparent, dispute over sexual orientation is scheduled to get underway next week in Laclede County. 55-year-old Steven Ray Endsley is charged with two counts each of first-degree murder and armed criminal action, and one count each of burglary and arson. It’s alleged that Endsley had been involved in the ongoing dispute with Teresa Jackson and Danielle Smith before stabbing the two to death and then setting their trailer on fire during the early morning hours of August 29, 2016. The trial is being heard in Laclede County on change of venue and scheduled to begin on Monday. The Honorable Circuit Judge Peggy Richardson will preside over the trial.
