The mother of one of the victims of the February 28th car crash that killed three members of an Eldon family is suing the other driver. Marty Wilcox, his wife Elisa and the couple’s three-year-old son all died in the head-on collision on Highway 52 near Tuscumbia. The only survivor in the family’s car was the couple’s two-day-old baby boy, Gabriel. Wilcox’s mother, Mary Robinson of Holts Summit, is suing 19-year-old Emily Frakes of Eldon. The lawsuit claims Frakes had been cited for speeding just days before and was careless and negligent. Frakes was seriously injured in the accident and was just released from the hospital on April 6th.
