The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission hopes a conference call last Friday will clear up confusion about their July order.
John Katz, Deputy Associate General Counsel from FERC said the opportunity for clarification is rare.
The FERC clarification says Ameren can redraw its boundary to remove any encroaching structures, then file that redrawing and any plans for any properties that remain in dispute before June 1st of 2012.
Jeff Wright, the Director of the Energy Office for FERC says after June, final decisions should come quickly.
Wright says FERC views developed and undeveloped lands the same.
