The Stoutland School District is asking to eliminate the Proposition “C” Sales Tax Rollback, which in turn would increase the assessed taxation on a residence from two-75 per one-hundred thousand dollars of assessed valuation to just over three-43. The Village of Climax Springs has an issue on the ballot to dissolve the corporation covering 124-persons living within the village limits. The Southwest Camden County Fire Protection District is asking for an additional levy tax of 30-cents per 100-dollars of assessed value.
