A home in the Old Kinderhook area is damaged by fire. Mid-County Assistant Fire Marshal Dustin Britzman says that the call to the blaze on Weiskopf Way was received around 3:00 Wednesday afternoon.
Damage to the house was described as significant. Nobody was home at the time. A pet was, however, rescued from inside. The cause of the fire, at this time, is under investigation but does not appear to be suspicious.
