A fire destroys a home in the Village of the Four Seasons Tuesday afternoon. Around 2 o’clock fire fighters from Lake Ozark and Osage Beach fire districts were called out to the 100 block of Cornett Drive in Four Seasons where a garage was fully engulfed. Parts of the home were also on fire as it continued to spread. Firefighters were able to put the blaze out around 3:30 that afternoon. While it is unknown if there were any fatalities or injuries in the fire, or if the house was a total loss, it is known that the family will be receiving assistance from the Red Cross. Firefighters were assisted from the Camden County Sheriff’s department, the Missouri State Highway Patrol and Ameren Missouri officials.
BREAKING: We are getting word of a fire occurring near Cornett cove on the 7 mile mark of the Lake of the Ozarks, possibly on Cornett branch road. Several area fire departments are on scene of what is believed to be a house on fire. According to reports, it appears that the garage is fully engulfed and part of the house is as well. At this time we do not have much on the situation other than Lake Ozark, Osage Beach and other agencies are rushing to the location. Camden County Deputies and Highway Patrol are on the scene as well. We will continue to follow the situation as it progresses and await more information as it comes in.
