Another step has been made for the Fish Haven Estates Project. During this week’s Lake Ozark Board of Aldermen Meeting, the board approved for the developers to go to the community to get bids in order to put a lift station near the intersection of 242 and 54. The developers of the project have also worked with the city to get grant money to help with funding. City Administrator Dave Van Dee says this step is essential to help push the project along.
However, the final touches on the easements have to occur before the bidding can take place. Van Dee says the city is excited because it opens up an opportunity for more infrastructures to occur in that area.
