The case for an admitted child rapist is now set to be decided by the Missouri Supreme Court. Aaron Fisher had admitted to raping his infant daughter, but the case was ultimately dismissed due to his right to a speedy trial being violated. That decision was upheld by the Missouri Western District Appeals Court but the Attorney General’s office wants that decision to be reconsidered. Fisher is currently facing an assault charge for the same incident. There is no timetable on the Supreme Court’s decision.
