The former Brumley man facing a first-degree assault charge, in connection to a sexual incident with his infant daughter in 2009, will have to wait another day or so to see if motions for a bond reduction and change of venue are granted. Aaron Michael Fisher was represented by his attorney in Miller County Associate Court on Monday with the court scheduled to consider the motions. However, the motions were continued to Wednesday of this week in order for the Prosecutor to notify the victim. Fisher had previously admitted to raping the infant but the case was thrown out due to his right to a speedy trial being violated. As it stands, bond remains at $100-thousand with an added stipulation that Fisher be placed on GPS monitoring.
