According to the Highway Patrol, flooding took the lives of three people across the state over the weekend in three separate incidents, including on Pulaski County man. Around two o’clock Sunday morning, 18 year old Gideon Jenkins was traveling on Buffalo Road, two miles west of Crocker, when he attempted to cross a low water crossing. His vehicle was swept away. He was pronounced dead later that morning. The other two reported drowning victims across the state were 77 year old Clifford Brandt of Hillsboro and 72 year old Madelaine Krueger of Billings.
