A Lake Ozark man that had reached a negotiated plea after sleeping with a teenager from the Calo treatment center is in trouble again. Bradley Ryan Russell has allegedly violated his probation. Earlier this year he entered a guilty plea to a charge of endangering the welfare of a child and received a suspended execution of sentence on a seven year term. He was placed on supervised probation for a period of five years and ordered to undergo a sexual offender assessment. Authorities now say they believe he has violated the terms of his probation and should be considered a flight risk. A no-bond warrant has been issued. Russell’s problems began last year when the teenager that he met while working at Calo snuck out of a vacation home during the Thanksgiving holiday to have sex with him. A hearing on the alleged violation is scheduled for December 5th.
