Four people are lucky to escape relatively unscathed after a head-on collision in Morgan County. The accident happened on Seals Road shortly after 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon. The Highway Patrol says a vehicle driven by 21-year old Matthew Forsythe of Versailles crossed into the westbound lane and hit a van driven by 58-year old Pamela Kiesling of California, Missouri. Forsythe and Kiesling suffered only minor injuries. 20-year old Vanessa Stefford of Versailles was moderately injured and a two-year old child was unharmed.
