After learning their Comprehensive Plan hadn’t been updated since 1993 when it was first adopted, the Village of Four Seasons began working on a number of ways to resolve the issue. They sought volunteers from the community to start a Planning Committee and they began working with Missouri State University to draft a new plan. Then, they held a workshop in March to come up with questions to ask Village residents in a survey. Now, the Property Owners Association is accusing the committee of not being objective enough with their survey questions. The Village Board of Trustees claim they had nothing to do with the survey, saying it was completely done by the committee.
