Four Stover residents have been seriously injured in a crash in Benton County. The Highway Patrol says the accident happened Saturday afternoon at Route U and Cheese Creek Road when a car driven by 21-year-old Andrew Moesch skidded off the road on a curve, hit a sign and came to rest in a ditch. Moesch and one of his passengers, 20-year-old Veronica Poort, were taken by air ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia. 19-year-old Cody Hill and 39-year-old Glenda Holmes were airlifted to Research Medical Center in Kansas City.
