A fourth man has been arrested in connection to the recent thefts of tractors and tools, property damage and the death of a cow in Morgan County. Scott Novotny Jr. of Stover has been charged with felony stealing and felony property damage. The other three men also from Stover are facing charges ranging from burglary, tampering with a motor vehicle and theft to property damage, receiving stolen property and animal abuse.
