A fugitive from Kansas captured in Morgan County should be on his way home soon. Oswin Estuardo Portillo-Erazo was taken into custody by the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office on a fugitive complaint from Kansas, where he was wanted for felony possession of methamphetamine. He’ll be extradited back to Kansas to face the charges against him there.
