A fugitive from the State of Texas is being held in the Miller County Jail. The highway patrol says 26-year-old Tyrise Sutton, of Dallas, was arrested right around 6:00 Wednesday evening. Sutton had been wanted on a felony probation warrant out of Texas. He also faces pending charges locally of being a fugitive from out of state, possession of marijuana and possessing of drug paraphernalia. Sutton is being held without bond.
