Funds Are Coming From HUD Block Grants To Fight COVID 19

The Missouri Department of Economic Development announcing that $13.6 million dollars in grant money on the way from the U-S Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The funds are part of HUD’s Community Development Block Grants.

Director Rob Dickson says the money could be used for turning buildings into patient treatment centers, as well as purchasing additional ventilators and personal protective equipment.
