Gas prices nationwide are now under $2.25 per gallon.

The only exception is California, where gas remains over $3 a gallon.

According to http://GasBuddy.com, gas prices in the Lake area are even lower, with regular averaging around $1.56 to $1.89 per gallon.

The lowest price is $1.67 per gallon in the city of Camdenton.

The highest price is $1.94 per gallon in the city of Cole Camp.
