GoFundMe Setup For Family Affected By Fatal Boat Crash
A GoFundMe account has been setup to help the family affected by a late-night boat crash on Lake of the Ozarks this past weekend.
42-year-old Dawn Stienkuehler of High Ridge was killed in the accident, and her husband Brad and their 13-year-old daughter remain sedated while fighting serious injuries at University Hospital in Columbia. They remain unaware of Dawn’s death.
The highway patrol reports they were on the 2005 Formula which was destroyed when it was struck by a 1995 Sea Ray at the 18 mile-mark of the main channel.
The driver of the Sea Ray, 52-year-old John Bennett of New Haven, is facing numerous felony BWI charges.
