One of the 15 people who have filed a lawsuit against an area company has asked to be dismissed from the civil suit. This Monday, the law firm of Humphrey, Farrington and McClain filed a notice to dismiss their client Kathy Golembiewski against Copeland Scroll Compressors and other companies in the area that have been accused of negligently injuring multiple employee’s to hazardous chemicals. Golembiewski wants to be dismissed without prejudice which would give her the option to file again at a later date if she desired. 14 Others however remain in the area lawsuit including Michael Moore of Richland, Diana Steinhauer of Camdenton and several others from the Lebanon area.
