Gunfire on the strip in Lake Ozark comes to an end with two people being picked up.

Police Chief Gary Launderville says officers responded to a “shots fired” call after two individuals were asked to leave an unnamed establishment.

While taking off in a vehicle, six shots were fired into the air.

The suspect vehicle was located four hours later at an Osage Beach motel while the two suspects were eventually located in an apartment on Horseshoe Bend.

A 9-millimeter handgun believed to be the weapon fired from inside the car was also discovered.

The suspects names were not released but, according to court documents, they are identified as Shane Foss of Lake Ozark and David Davis of Fort Leonard Wood.

Both are charged with discharging a weapon from a moving vehicle while Foss, also, faces a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm.

Bond for Davis was $50-thousand while bond for Foss was $75-thousand.
