Gusty Winds Fanned Fire That Destroyed a Brumley Business

A Brumley business is destroyed by fire over the weekend. Firefighters responding from several districts around 9:30 Sunday night discovered flames already shooting from the roof of The Ranch Bar-N-Grill in the 1400-block of Highway-17. Adding to the difficulties already were gusty winds fueling the blaze. The building was a total loss and no injuries were reported. Agencies assisting the Brumley District at the scene included: Iberia, Tuscumbia, St. Elizabeth, Eldon, Moreau, Osage Beach, Crocker and St. Robert. Personnel from Miller County Ambulance and the Sheriff’s Department also assisted.
