Overall Hartlzer received 35,853 votes in the 4th Congressional District. Her closest opponent Bill Stouffer received 26,570 votes; Hartzler received 40% of the votes. Stouffer 30. Hartzler was asked Wednesday morning about her reaction to the victory.’
“We were very excited and so grateful and pleased for all of the people in this district that have teamed up with us to take back our country and to bring better representation to this district than we’re getting now and to remove Nancy Pelosi from power,” says Hartzler.
‘Hartzler knows the nation will watch Missouri’s 4th District.
“We are one of the 40 targeted races in this country that both parties, the national Democratic Party and the national Republican Party, see as a real opportunity to switch leadership. The Democratic Party is scared and the Republican Party is very encouraged and excited.”
The former state representative knows her district.
“We are the most conservative district in the country that’s held by somebody who votes for Nancy Pelosi for speaker and sides with her agenda 95% of the time.”
In addition to Skelton, Hartzler will face libertarian Jason Michael Brahn and constitution party candidate Greg Cowan.’
