An iconic location in the Lake Area now has new owners.
The City of Camdenton says the former Night Hawk and Kitty Hawk properties were bought by Millington Properties.
The new ownership says the plan is to restore the buildings to create new business opportunities in Camdenton.
The city recently offered a 45-day window for someone to buy the property before it was demolished.
