A preliminary hearing scheduled for next week in a Miller County murder case has been postponed until February. Joseph McKenna of Chicago is charged with second-degree murder after allegedly killing a California man and hiding his body near Tuscumbia. He was scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Monday. A motion by the prosecution to postpone that hearing was granted by a judge this week. The hearing is now scheduled for February 25th. McKenna is currently free on a $500,000 bond with GPS monitoring.
