Two Eldon residents are facing pending drug charges after arrests by the Highway Patrol in Miller County.
49-year old Stefanie Cavanaugh was arrested just after 9:30 Monday night. She faces charges of speeding, no insurance, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and delivery of a controlled substance at a county jail.
25-year old Jimmy Pearce III was arrested Sunday night. He faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of paraphernalia, and failure to register a motor vehicle.
Two people face felony charges after being taken into custody over the weekend in Morgan County. 23-year-old Raven Hayes, of Stover, and 25-year-old William Jones are each charged with one first-degree count of tampering with a motor vehicle. Jones is also charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm. They were both taken into custody late Saturday afternoon. Hayes is being held on a $40-thousand bond while bond for Jones was set at $75-thousand.
