The Highway Patrol made three arrests for DWI in just under three hours. At 11pm Tuesday 37-year old Stephanie Pinckard of Osage Beach was arrested in Camden County for careless & imprudent driving involving an accident and DWI-persistent offender. About 40 minutes later, 65-year old Edward Roe of Barnett was taken to the Morgan County Jail on a DWI charge. Finally, just before two o’clock Wednesday morning, 39-year old Michael Andrews of Callaway County was arrested. He stands accused of aggravated DWI, driving 102mph in a 65 zone, driving while revoked, failure to drive on the right side of the road, and violating his ignition interlock restriction. He was taken to the Camden County Jail.
