A Camdenton man is placed on a 24-hour hold following a stop by the Highway Patrol in Miller County. 36-year old Todd Carter was taken into custody a little before midnight Thursday night. He faces pending charges including first-degree trafficking of methamphetamine, delivery of methadone and hydrocodone, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and a pair of motor vehicle violations.
A Phillipsburg man already on probation for possession of a controlled substance in Laclede County now faces more trouble after being picked up in Miller County for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. The Highway Patrol also alleges that 40-year-old Robert Hafele was in possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Hafele was transported to the Miller County jail where he was placed on a 24-hour hold.
