Two people are arrested over the weekend on drug charges after traffic stops by the Missouri Highway Patrol in Miller County. On Saturday morning, a trooper stopped 27-year old Mattie Comstock of Stover. She was charged with possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana. Comstock was taken to the Miller County Jail. 36-year old Phillip Rains of Ashland was pulled over by a trooper on Sunday morning. He was charged with possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Rains was also taken to the Miller County Jail.
